  I would be very happy to have been able to recommend the rathbone and stay there again, however, although almost everything was very good and better than most experiences of mine in london at that price, the room temperature was unbearable. it was 27 degrees. although i was supplied with fans i had to sleep diagonally accross the bottom of the bed as the cables were to short. its not pleasant having fans on all night and at that price rediculous. they seriously need to solve this problem and i am about to tell tripadvisor the same. although i complained at reception, i received no reduction. the girl behind me at the desk said her room was the same for 4 nights she was there. horrendous. i was not prepared next morning for my presentation as i had not slept well.

  Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue charlotte street sont bruyantes. nous avons demandé un changement de chambre pour éviter les bruits émanant de la rue. prix supérieur de 15 euros par nuit, 140 livres ht soit 168 livres ttc. le soir ascenceur en panne. le rapport qualité/prix me semble surfait. les petits déjeuners sont inabordables par rapport aux prix pratiqués dans les autres établissements pour une qualité équivalente et parfois supérieure.

  Me parece un poco caro para no tener salones y lo reducido de sus habitaciones. muy positivo el café con pastas que ponían en las habitaciones.

  Internet access at £6 per hour is over the top these days - really should be free.

  Room was way too hot as air con not working properly and window very small so it made no difference when openend.

  La chambre est vraiment minuscule. absence de sèche cheveux et de mini bar. Étonnant pour catégorie de l'hôtel. cadre de l'hôtel est appréciable mais cela n'explique pas le prix excessif de la chambre.

  Hotel bien situé en revanche les chambres sont minuscules (chb double), l'isolation est à déplorer ansi que la literie. décevant pour le standing affiché de l'hotel

  Sound isolation is very bad, and size of room to small but the value for money and location are good.

  The hotel rooms were very poor and dated for the cost of the stay. it is definately the location you are paying for.

  Pleasant surprise as i had to find out for several times in the past, that many four stars hotels in london are often in the quality of very average 3stars hotels. very pleasant, helpful, smiling people, who like their work and their hotel guests, nice design, fresh flowers, sence for details - everything, what i need to.feel like at home. there was only one thing, which i mind - the type of the shower.
