  For the price we would expect a full english breakfast. the charge to upgrade from continental was too much and nobody seemed keen to upgrade which tells a story

  The airconditioning leaked and dripped down the wardrobe doors. this has been happening for quite sum time as the decor has been damaged. i did report it to reception and housekeeping but it was still leaking when we left

  The ashburn was excellent. the extra touches such as the champagne and the little gifts each evening were nice touches. the location was perfect- we were able to walk everywhere. it was quiet and yet close to restaurants and the tube,

  The hotel bar staff seemed surprised that we (6 guests) wanted to buy drinks at the bar when returning from our evening out and were unable to provide a pot of tea as there was a problem with the hot water system - it was suggested i made my own in our room! and the drinks from the bar were very expensive.

  Exiguité des chambres et salle de bains pas pratique. très bruyant à cause de la sitiuation de l'hôtel sur l'avenue cromwell, circulation continuelle !petit déjeuner indigne des anglais !

  Room was very clean and well serviced daily. toiletries and water replaced daily. little gift every day was a nice surprise.

  Juste un petit problème:on annonce le champagne,et "justement ce jour là"il n'y en a plus et c'est remplacé par un vin très ordinaire ????

  Everything fine except heat in my room did not work. they had an electric space heater in the room and that kept the room acceptable. i was told the heat could not be fixed untol after the weekend. when i arrived, the space heater was already in the room. i t hink they knowingly put me into a room that had no working heat.

  For the price of the room, the breakfast is poor. cheap sliced bread for toast, low quality meat and cheeses. room on main road - secondary glazing did not stop constant road noise.

  Die weisse jalousien am fenster waren schwarz! es war extrem laut im zimmer. wir wurden nachts geweckt weil im nachbarzimmer jemand geduscht und sich rasiert hat!?!? es war ein 3 sterne hotel, keine 4 sterne. für den preis ca. 200 € pro nacht unverschämt.

  The room we fist were put into was very small and noisy, and was quite different from what i had remembered from my erlier stays at the hotel. however, thanks to the manager we were moved to a much better room which i enjoyed. the only real dissapointment was breakfast as there were almost nothing edeble for stict vegans (no vegetables, no soya products etc).

  La qualité des prestations (literie, état de la chambre, petit déjeuner) est excellente. le seul petit bémol serait sur la taille de la chambre, mais nous sommes à londres.

  Breakfast room too small, tables crammed close together. continental buffet low quality meats/cheese and bread was cheap. for the price of a room the breakfast was very dissapointing.

  Room needed better maintenance: carpet stained, bathroom walls patched in shoddy fashion. is having the fridge in the closet safe?! too little ventilation. fridge gave off a lot of heat.

  We were very pleased with the hotel in all aspects and the friendliness and helpfulness of the desk and the concierge.

  Great location for gloucester road tube and walking distance to albert hall. breakfast could be improved but was good value for money. would stay there again.

  Good deal at €125, staff worth a 5-star hotel, breakfast decent. location with a couple of blocks of gloucester road, easy to reach. would definitively return.
