  La colazione doveva essere compresa nel prezzo pagato, invece, al momento dell'arrivo si è scoperto che, pagando a parte si potva avere una colazione degna di questo nome, chi invece non pagava un extra doveva accontentarsi di spartirsi 4 brioches (dico quattro!!) e un po' di pane con della marmellata. questo punto l'ho trovato poco chiaro al momento della prenotazione e un po' furbetto da parte dei gestori.

  I will be echoing the horrendous comments on the trip advisor site. after making my booking i read the comments and called the hotel regarding my concerns, particularly the basement night club,room with no window and the fire alarms going off. suffice to say our stay was like a 3 night nightmare

  Was given room 301, outside the fire door, torn draperies, window did not open, facing school yard,noisy,worst room in hotel,cold. had to really complain and then moved to a regular single room, a little larger but appointments were better, less noise. please explain why i was treated so poorly.

  L'hôtel est très bien placé. le quartier est très sympa, à 10mn à pied de chez harrods et 3mn du métro. le bruit de la boite de nuit au sous-sol reste un problème pour tous ceux qui ont un sommeil difficile.

  Die fenster in unserem zimmer haben kaum geschlossen, sodass der lärm (busverkehr) ziemlich laut war. die fliesen im bad hätten von jedem dilletanten verlegt sein können und die badmöbel und armaturen waren einfach total abgewohnt. die gardinen waren grau wie ein esel.....jahrelang nciht gewaschen. täglicher perfekter zimmerservice hat das etwas wettgemacht...aber nochmal buchen.nein!

  Für eine familienzimmer gab es nicht viel platz. bad/douche war sehr alt und wasserdruck gab es kaum.

  C'est vieux la salle de bain est minuscule et le soir il y avait une boum dans notre chambre
