  Tres joli hotel typique, dans une ruelle au calme et un chouette quartier, acceuil chaleureux, petit déjeuner au top !!! proche du centre et de tous les quartiers de londres !!! j'y retournerai sans problème !!!

  Older rooms still need to be refurbished, but room prices have increased significantly compared to last year

  Accueil très chaleureux ! bon service : la lunette des wc s'est cassée, elle a été changée dans la journée. chambre très tranquille avec vue sur un petit jardin; pas de bruit de circulation. la salle du petit déjeuner donne également sur un charmant jardin. nous y retournerons volontiers.

  J'ai beaucoup apprécié cet hotel. bien qu'étant situé dans une maison typiquement anglaise pleine de charme, cet hotel est confortable, moderne et très bien desservi. l'accès au centre de londres est très rapide.

  Continental breakfast, but that was fine!!!! great value, great location, lovely quiet room......no parking. would stay here again!!!!!

  Everything was fine but the water coming out of the cold tap was hot. it was obviously a thermostat problem but when mentioned at the desk the girl said it is becvause the pipes are so close together. when we ran the bath taps to allow cold water into the tank the water came out cold - so the thermostat needs to be reset. as the staff were alreday aware of the problem it is not good enought to just say 'it's the pipes close together'. other than that a very pleasant stay

  J'ai eu la chance d'être upgradée dans un petit appartement et ne sais donc pas comment auraitété ma chambre. le quartier est un peu isolé mais facilement atteignable à partir du métro finchhey rd qui est très proche de l'hotel à pied

  La première nuit , la chambre était très confortable et grande ainsi que la salle de bain .la 2ieme chambre était moins joli et un peu petite . (nous avons changé de chambre durant le séjour ) j' ai aimé cet hôtel car je trouve qu'il faisait très typique , très anglais en particulier la rue où il était situé .l' accueil par contre a été excellent .

  Nous avons passé 4 jours et avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre rénovée récemment, grande, coté jardin donc très calme; les chambres des étage, plus petites pour certaines et plus vétustes, doivent prochainement être rénovées aussi. très bonne adresse dans l'ensemble, ambiance familiale, à conseiller pour un séjour à londres. je reviendrai avec plaisir.

  à l'intérieur des chambres de la chambre il nous ai mis des tasses pour le thé et petites cuillères, ainsi que trois verres à dent, que nous avons trouvé pas très propres à notre arrivée et durant le séjour.

  L’accueil fut excellent et le personnel très serviable. le langorf hotel c’est la garantie d’un séjour agréable. le quartier de hampstead présente toutes les commodités, la rue frognal est calme, la station de métro finchley road de la ligne jubilee se trouve à quelques minutes à pied et permet d’accéder au cœur de londres rapidement. hôtel à retenir sans aucune appréhension.

  Le ménage dans la salle de bain n'est pas fait d'un jour à l'autre. seul les lits sont faits. c'est dommage.

  Especially was the breakfast positively surprising! the helpfulness and positive atmosphere among the staff made me feel at home, quite important when i travelled on my own.

  Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de plats chauds au petit déjeuner, oeufs, bacon etc... sinon l'hotel est très pratique pour séjourner à londres

  Small, modest and comfortable hotel was great for us needing to stay in the hampstead-swiss cottage area; helpful and responsive staff, cont. breakfast above the norm, a short walk off finchley road, with good underground service, near good local shopping and services, wireless internet available (not mentioned on booking site).

  Excellent small hotel with friendly service and on a quiet road but located near tube and train lines for quick access to central & other locations. simple but good quality breakfast in pleasant garden-facing room.

  Excellent value for money and excellent room (was upgraded to a studio from double room). for london, i was very pleasantly suprised with the cleanliness and homeliness of this hotel.

  Very warm and welcoming staff, the room was cosy and warm with a nice clean bathroom. we staryed 5 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. the location was good (5 mins to underground) in a nice quiet residential street and not far from camden. i would definetly stay there again. great value for money

  Le prix ne correpond pas a la prestation , etat des papiers peints tres vieux , lunettes des toilettes casse , pas de seche cheveux , isolation phonique 0 abat jour casse , meme la reception tele est mauvaise . tout ca avec un tarif de 125 € !!!!

  I would recommend this hotel for the following positives: location, cleanliness, good room size and reasonable price. negatives: it is marked as a 4 star property all over while in reality it is on a par with some of the better 2 star properties and most 3 star but not really any 4 stars i have been to so far. the wifi internet is not free as advertised but you have to buy the access at 10 pounds a day or 2 pounds an hour. the personell are generally polite but definitely not too fast or glad to serve (somewhat unmotivated i would say) which is another indication it is not a 4 star hotel. finally they are over-keen to keep the breakfast closing time sharply at 10 and checkout at 11 even on a sunday. having said and keeping in mind these, i would still go again to that hotel and also recommend it provided that the price is discounted and comparable to other 2/3 star properties in the area, for the positive reasons i mentioned above.
