  Les chambres n'ont pas été faites le 2è jour,je me demandais si c'est normal dans le cas d'un appartement

  Ninguna facilidad para clientes continentales. no hay enchufes tipo europeo. las instalaciones estaban en mal estado de conservación. no hay posibilidad de preparar café ni tiene microondas. nos encontramos con que el recepcionista había hecho la colada en la lavadora de nuestro apartamento, sin retirarla.

  At reception we were given a free room for improvement, which consideron great detail .. the kids who attend the reception are very friendly. the rooms were clean and very spacious. would return without hesitation.

  Apparthotel très agréable, spacieux et très bien aménagé, ( lave linge, lave vaisselle, four, ecran plat,lecteur dvd etc... )le canapé avait un peu vécu mais tout le reste était très bien . je recommande cette formule qui permet de cuisiner car les restos sont chers et pas toujours bons .

  Appartement très agréable,calme,avec beaucoup de confort . au niveau pratique ils nous a manqué de la vaisselle et il y a un four mais pas de microonde. sinon très propre et très facile d'accés par le métro (30 mn a peu près) pour le centre de londres.

  So sienna = so disappointing. microwave was out of use for 2 days (slightly annoying when you selected a studio) + strictly no basic foodstuffs in the kitchen nor dishtowel (received only the second day) + double bed frame in poor condition + no blankets available for the sofa-bed + staff = real “amateur” and changing 3 times per day + quality of the services proposed on the web site (“…equipped with state of the art facilities”) = a bad joke. in short, an address far too expensive for the services and the quality offered. not to recommend!

  Comment: just one thing to keep in mind when staying at these apartments....no lifts, only stairs but staff helped carrying the luggage to the first floor. suggestion: worthwhile for the owners to provide a small breakfast pack the first night for those that arrive late and haven't had the chance to buy groceries for breakfast.
