  Excellent value for money in that part of london. i needed to be between the abert hall (for the prom) and victoria (to get home), and that's where it was!

  Zimmer viel zu klein, teilweise kein schrank zum aufhängen oder einräumen der kleidung. keine richtige bettdecke, nur american style, also eine art laken und eine wolldecke zum drüberlegen

  La salle de bain est très (trop) petite. nombre de serviettes insuffisant, pas de tapis de bain, accessoires et produits de toilette insuffisants (uniquement 2 petits savons...)

  The staff were excellent, the location perfect and the on-site indian restaurant was a real bonus - more should be made of this in advertising the hotel!

  Shared shower could do with modernising. water pressure on fourth floor was very low so taps ran very slowly.

  Mis amigas y yo hemos estado en una habitación de 4, (tenía dos camas individuales y una de matrimonio) y nos ha resultado excelente. de hecho, si volvemos a londres, lo haremos a este hotel. la ubicación y el trato: fantásticos!!! a 20m de la parada de metro, con un 24h para comprar, con restaurantes, y en zona residencial y tranquila. a un paso de todo. el trato del personal: magnífico. en la habitación además hay varios enchufes tipo clavija inglesa y también tipo español, tele de plasma, nevera, teclado para el televisor, elección de pelis, baño limpio y grande, toallas y jabón diarios... la relación calidad/precio es muy buena. hemos venido encantadas.

  The hotel service was excellent. it would be an idea to have kettle/drinks in room and to set out the charges for breakfast, use of inter-net in the room. no instructions ther on how to use air conditioning. good location for museums and chelsea. more info on local eateries.

  Considérant les tarifs pratiqués à londres, cet hôtel représente un très bon rapport qualité/prix. il est proche de centre, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, le personnel est accueillant. rien à redire !

  Les sales de bains en commun trop etroites et parfois tres distants de la chambre (faire tout un couloir pour y arriver!!!); pour un sejour de 7 nuits ce n'etait pas du tout agreable!!!!

  For me it was surprise that there was no smoking in hotel and that hotel who advertise all 55 en-suite rooms i got shared bedroom.

  En lineas generales un buen hotel.. quizás un poco de modernización en los baños sería necesaria y mejorar un poco los desayunos, teniendo en cuenta el precio de las habitaciones.

  I've given a 'poor' mark for breakfast because the continental breakfast included within the price was very basic. no croissants, ham, cheese or fruit - just tea/coffee, choice of 2 cereals, orange juice and toast. didn't bother having it on our second day.

  No doubt the hotel has some nice rooms but i had a very small room at the rear side of the hotel with no view. the windows were out of frosted glass for a reason, the only view was a wall, pipes and a flat roof. however room was clean with a nice bathroom.

  Nous avions la chambre 105 pour 3 nuits. la superficie de la chambre n'a rien à voir avec celle qui est présentée sur le site internet de l'hôtel. pas de shampoing dans la salle d'eau, et il m'a été répondu que les trois étoiles en grande bretagne ne sont pas obligés d'en fournir. en entrant dans la chambre le deuxième soir, il y avait une auréole au plafond (fuite d'eau) que nous avons tout de suite signalée à la réception. dans la nuit, à six heures du matin, une plaque de plâtre s'est détachée du plafond et est tombée à côté du lit. fuite et plafond ont été réparés dans la journée même mais suite à l'intervention technique, l'extracteur d'air dans la salle d'eau et l'air conditionné ne marchaient pas le troisième soir.

  Correct pour le prix (bas - 70£) et la résa faite dans l'urgence, mais la chambre en sous-sol à l'isolation sonore en papier carton n'est pas particulièrement à recommander.
