  There was no airconditioning (i thought for sure that it was advertised as having this...) and the windows didn't open very far, as they had blocks preventing it. we happened to visit during a veritable heat wave for london and were quite uncomfortable with the room temperature.

  Chambre très bruyante à cause du parquet qui craquait dans le couloir et la chambre du dessus, et mal isolée à cause de fenêtres vétuste. mais le 2è jour, on nous a attribué une chambre moins bruyante, mais toujours avec une fenêtre fermant mal.

  Eccellente la possibilità di farsi un caffè/tè in camera!!! ottima la quantità e la varietà della scelta dei caffè e dei tè. una piccola nota, ma sicuramente dipendente dalle nostre abitudini alimentari: i biscotti lasciati in camera, sono un po' troppo "grassi". grazie.

  Hotel assez vétuste, mal isolé (beaucoup de bruit car fréquenté par des jeunes bruyants). le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus. la propreté des chambres est assez médiocre. par contre, personnel accueillant et disponible.

  Un seul point negatif, les fenetres laissent passer un air glacial en grande quantite, cependant il ya des stores doubles donc cela regle le probleme. il faut absolument demander que le radiateur soit mis en marche au moins 6 heures avant l'arrivee car nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de trouver une chambre glaciale;;. un peu stressant a l'idee de passer une nuit dans le froid. ce probleme est resolu tres vite avec cette recommandation de demander a ce que les radiateurs soient allumes.

  Hôtel très agréable, situé dans un quartier vivant, procche des boutiques et des restaurants. quelques minutes à peine pour rejoindre les lignes de bus. nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et recommanderons votre hôtel à toute personne qui souhaitera séjourner à londres.

  Lors de ma réservation, j'ai demandé une chambre pour 4 avec 2 lits de 1,40 m. nous avons effectivement eu cette chambre mais avec 4 lits de 90 cm. pour 2 couples, je vous avoue avoir été déçu sur ce point.

  Dentro de la habitación había permanentemente olor a humedad y el piso de la habitación estaba inclinado, no era derecho y plano. creo que el hotel deberá hacer mejoras es este aspecto. adicionalmente la señal de cable del tv, se corto los 4 dias de estadía, despues de 15 minutos de uso, no encontrando una adecuada respuesta de la recepción del hotel

  Hotel carino e pulito,situato in una zona molto tranquilla con molti negozietti e locali.consiglio questo hotel per il rapporto qualità prezzo,noi per 4 notti abbiamo pagato 296 sterline e per la pulizia sia in camera che in tutto l'albergo.per la colazione si possono scegliere 4 cose su un menù e poi viene servita al tavolo non sarà un buffet ma ci si riempe tranquillamente.personale molto gentile.per lo standard degli hotel di londra devo dire molto buono.

  Internet connection was spotty. often didn't work at all in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby. but there were a few times it even had problems there. it should be easy to offer a bit more variety for breakfast. not a bad value, but boring food.

  We loved it. we stayed there for four nights with our four month old and the room and location were perfect for us. we were close to the underground, a few blocks from kensington, and great restaurants. the area around the hotel was perfect for walks and quick outings to grab a bite to eat or supplies for the baby. there were even good places to get lunch and snacks to take with us for the day. our only complication for the whole trip was that there are no elevators to most of the underground stations so we carried the pram/stroller up and down a lot of stairs - but seriously, we would stay there again.

  Hôtel bien situé dans un quartier calme à proximité du métro. personnel accueillant tant à la réception qu'au café pour le petit déjeuner. comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels de londres, les chambres single sont toutes petites (mais correctement équipées). seul gros bémol, le bruit. on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et dans les chambres voisines.

  The hotel provided a clean and basic double room in a nice part of london. the breakfast was fine and the staff were nice. the only problem was the sound of slamming doors in the corridor. the corridor contained several sets of double doors and one of these was outside our room. these swung back together with a loud bang everytime someone walked through. so we were woken up with a jump a few times

  April 2009: the first evening, there was a problem with one of the beds, and the reception helped immediately, we got another room and could stay there until the end. this was really a wonderful reaction. the rooms especially those for families are quite spacy and bathrooms of good quality. we did not like the restaurant that much (breakfast in the cafeteria was ok), but there are many alternatives around the hotel. the place of the hotel is great, connections to tube, buses and paddington station are very helpful. it is only a jump to notting hill and kensington gardens - very good! the personnel of the hotel is young, european and very friendly - it was a joy to speak to them!

  Très agréablement surpris par l'hôtel. par certains côtés, on voit qu'il date un peu (les fenêtres, la jonction des portes...) mais propre, modernisé par le bar/restaurant. accueil parfait.

  The room was quite basic but clean and the beds comfortable, good daily maid service. the bathroom was clean and the plumbing functional with unlimited hot water and an excellent shower that made up for lack of heating and extractor fan in the bathroom. the desk service was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was exceptionally good, with top quality espresso coffee, fresh fruit salad and fresh croissants and pastries. the location is ideal, many of london's best attactions a walk away across hyde park. a very good value and i will stay there again. robert burn

  Problème au niveau de la télévision qui ne diffuse que des chaînes anglaises. l'hôtel est dans une rue très calme et à 2 pas de nombreux restaurants sympas, le quartier à 200m de l'hôtel est animé. les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées et surtout très propres.

  Hotel en plein coeur de nothing hill, proche du metro. si vous venez juste pour trouver un endroit où dormir et se doucher ( comme cela a été notre cas), cela conviendra parfaitement sinon passé votre chemin.

  L'unica nota negativa di questo hotel (dove peraltro avevo già soggiornato) è stata la dimensione troppo piccola della stanza, in particolar modo del bagno, veramente minuscolo (fortunato che sono di statura piccola)! per il resto il giudizio sarebbe positivo, con una bella posizione geografica.

  Das etagenbett quietscht sehr laut (z.b. nur beim umdrehen), dies stört die nachtruhe. der wasserdruck in der dusche lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig (sehr ungünstig bei langen haaren). die toilettenspülung ist auch nicht gut (wasserbehälter braucht zu lange um wieder voll zu laufen, bei 3 leuten nicht gut).

  Das hotel war eine gute entscheidung. das frühstück am morgen war reichhaltig und das personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. die zimmer waren zwar recht klein, jedoch sauber und angenehm. also ich würde noch einmal in diesem hotel übernachten.

  Some sort of "semi-service" should be available at the suites, as it is not convenient to have to walk over to the main hotel for everything (like towels). shower needs a curtain instead of the worthless glass plate (which was quite unsteady). london hotels in general should also realize that americans love ice, next time we will find a hotel with an ice machine! it's nice to be able to make a drink in the room sometimes...

  Hôtel très bien situé, situation centrale, sur un jardin privé dans une rue calme. la chambre très petite (lavabo dans la chambre) - on s'y attendait (on avait lu les autres commentaires), les distributeurs de savon étaient sales et heureusement nos voisins n'étaient pas bruyants !! dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est accueillant et sympa, les parties communes sont agréables, la chambre correcte bien que petite !! le petit déjeuner continental - une véritable déception - pas de toasts ou tartines - des croissants infâmes en remplacement ou une toute petite viennoiserie - salade de fruit pas toujours réussie - bof !!

  Lo staff dell'hotel è gentilissimo, anche se è necessario conoscere l'inglese. l'arredamento delle camere lascia molto a desiderare e l'isolamento acustico quasi non c'è. infatti quando si cammina sembra che il pavimento debba cedere da un momento all'altro e si sentono i passi di chi cammina nei corridoi e nelle camere vicine. la colazione è buona e c'è una discreta scelta nel menu.

  Hôtel avec décoration moderne et de bon goût situé dans une rue calme à 2 pas d'une rue commerçante et animée avec de nombreux resto. métro à 10 mn. accueil agréable et bon petit déjeuner servi dans une jolie salle. ambiance jeune. le wifi est malheureusement payant. je retournerai volontiers dans cet hôtel et le conseille vivement.
