Commento : Hotel appartement donc peu de service offert, par contre situé idéalement (à 30m de Hyde Park et 200m du métro), les chambres sont grandes avec un coin cuisine (pratique si l'on ne souhaite pas tout dépenser dans les resto surtout à Londres :-p). Certains commentaires que nous avions lu parlaient de chambres surchauffées (c'est vrai) mais dans notre cas nous pouvions ouvrir les fenêtres (dans certains commentaires il est dit que cela est impossible...).
Très bon rapport qualité/prix (pour Londres évidemment :-))

Commento : El hotel esta bastante bien, todo recien reformado y las dimensiones no estan nada mal, lo unico es que no hay servicio de habitaciones almenos durante los 3 dias que fuimos.

Commento : confort acceptable car refait depuis peu, mais doute sur la pérennité dans le temps de ce confort ; lits très moyens ; chambres très chaudes en été qui nécessiteraient d'être climatisées
services : nuls ; au départ, impossible d'obtenir un taxi londonien ; seul une compagnie de taxi "privée" peut être appelée par la réception (....) même après avoir constaté que la voiture était trop petite pour une famille de 4 avec bagages

Commento : Sensibilité du détecteur de fumée dans la chambre dès la mise en marche du grille pain qui émet une légère fumée à revoir... (c'est marrant mais... génant pour les voisins... lol)
5 livres pour garder les bagages l'am du départ (ça pénalise la qualité des services rendus...)
Chambre un peu petite au regard des photos mises en ligne.
Mais qualité des prestations reste excellente ET irréprochable: pas de bruit, très propre et couchage parfait...

Commento : the check in process took quite a while as more people were arriving at the same time, the receptionist seemed a little confused.We got key for a different apartment than we have signed for but been told that it's ok.Kept my driving licence until I asked for it on next trip down,also found that our key to the front door didn't work so we had to be told door passcode as an option.Flowers in foyer were rather dry as opposite to the fresh decor they ment to be i guess but they were changed on our second day.Overall experience was fine, apartment spotless clean eventhouhg a little small, flat baterries in TV control and it was really hot as no air condittion and it was two of the hottest nights this summer.The location was great just next to Hyde park, Queens and Bayswater stations round the corner, also Queens ice rink 2 minutes away.We would stay again and would recommed this place but please keep working on your customer service and speed the checking process a bit!

Commento : I would say that it is uneconomical for two persons to stay as hotels are cheaper and cooking facilities are quite basic. Three of us stayed (adults) and it was fine. I was disappointed as we had a basement room. It would be a good idea to ask for a higer floor on booking.

Commento : Hotel très bien situé à deux pas de hyde park et a trois station de métro du centre de londres. Chambre très propre, on a eu l'impression que l'appart etait neuf. Hotel très propre, personnel d'accueil++. Pas de services annexes car c'est pas un hotel, c'est des appartements. Au final exellent rapport qualité-prix pour un hotel au centre de londres!!!

Commento : Realmente mejor de lo que me esperaba. No lo duden, si quieren dormir bien y tener un sitio limpio y cuidado donde dejar las maletas, estos apartamentos son su elección. El precio es muy razonable para la calidad. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

Commento : The two biggest issues for me were the bed, which was lumpy and not very comfortable, and the lack of sound insulation inside the building. I couldn't hear traffic, but clearly heard doors slamming all night.

Commento : Hotel avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Deux petits bémols: le prix qui a baissé 2 jours après avoir réservé + isolation sonore mauvaise (on entend fortement les gens marchés dans les couloirs et l'ouverture des portes)

Commento : Das Hotel liegt ruhig nahe den Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Allerdings sind die Zimmer (Double Luxury) nicht allzu groß. Die Zimmer werden nur ein Mal in der Woche gereinigt.Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn im Zimmer ein Eimer, Wischlappen,.. vorhanden wären, dann könnte man zwischendurch auch mal selbst etwas säubern!!!

Commento : We found the hotel and rooms spotless and very pleasant. Only 2 issues [1]The matress is too soft and needs upgrading to semi orthopaedic for best back care [2] from a womans point of views it difficult to get a bath towel replaced if u need it. We were told we had to pay 15 sterling ofr a towel change. We stayed 3 nites so if u need a fresh towel one should be free and easy to get. Thanks a million. Catherine and Ben

Commento : l'isolation phonique des fenêtres de notre chambre coté rue n'était pas très bonne. L'absence de personnel à l'accueil entre 19h et 9h peut être handicapante s'il arrive un problème quelconque.

Commento : The location was good, however the kitchen equipment was somewhat poor - no spoons! And only one small tv in the bedroom, hardly worth having a lounge. The bed was very uncomfortable.
The room size was good though, and it was clean.
