  Breakfast although good quality ingredients is really no match in terms of choice and service from what you get in other 5* hotels such as the nearby andaz. size of bath is really too small for a room sold in a "romantic package".

  The weekend rates make this a fantastic location for a break in london. you're getting superb value and the same 5* service, room, facilities as during the week when the rates are much higher.

  Very noisy around 8am sunday with some kind of maintenance going on on my floor lots of loud hammering...... nice touches in the room plenty of info although i did use the envelopes which were not replaced. petty but fair comment.

  Overall excellent - the only negative was a broken floor tile in the ensuite shower which i didn't expect to find in 5 star accomodation!

  We did have a glitch on the initial room taken (due to being early), being cold, but when the problem was resolved by changing rooms, the general manager compensated with a bottle of champ. which was very kind and unexpected.
