  While we in general enjoyed our stay, there were some issues that needed to be addressed with the room that were not due to it being a holiday. for what we paid, this was a bit off-putting.

  It all depends on which room you get and where.. ours was on bottom floor no view att all and noise from a compressor down in the hotel kitchen. petty otherwise wonderful place!

  Hotel laissé à l'abandon. vous ne mentionné pas d'avis sur la salle de bain qui est vraiment médiocre pour la gamme de la chambre : très petite, robinetterie très vieillissante, serviette et peignoir pas de la premiere fraîcheur, joint des carrelages noir!!! etc... le rapport qualité-prix ne correspond nullement à une attente de ce type d'hotel.

  Fabulous hotel. perfect situation, easy acces, decoration fantastic, apples, newspaper, magazines(specially choosed for the guest?), water,slippers, bathrobe,hifi always on when coming in,chocolate on the pillow,all of these made the stay very pleasant. also the cat "minie" is a must. we loved it and surely will return .

  This is a lovely alternative to staying in a more central location and gave us the feeling we were living in rather than visiting london, at the same time being very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go, thanks to a bakerloo tube station less than a block away. the rooms are small but very nice. only issue (and one we forgot to mention at check-out) was that the tv reception was not great.
