  Petit déjeuner à améliorer on est loin du breakfast anglais!!

  There were a lot of stairs to climb to our room on the top floor which was tiring, if staying longer would like to given an option of a room nearer the ground floor. it would have been nice to have water and soft drinks in the mini bar in room as we had to get these from reception.

  Sehr veraltete bzw. nicht funktionierende fernbedienung, die man kaum in die hand nehmen möchte; ansonsten ein nettes, gut gelegenes hotel

  Pas d'ascenseur. des chambres exiguës. un matelas médiocre. une connexion internet défaillante qui oblige à appeler la réception au moins une fois par jour. des lampes posées là mais sans prise pour les brancher. le niveau des hôtels à londres est en général peu élevé mais là pour 100 livres par nuit c'est inacceptable.
