  Il serait nécessaire de remédier au problème de l'isolation sonore des chambres.

  Nous avons apprécié le calme du quartier où est situé l'hôtel. un petit bémol en ce qui concerne les places un peu limitées dans la salle du petit déjeuner. (obligation de remonter dans notre chambre pour attendre qu'il y ait de la place)

  Migliorare la colazione: qualcosa di più tra l'offerta di salumi (assenti) e formaggi e aggiungere biscotti e qualche tipo di dolce (torte ad esempio)

  Un hotel sympathique et peu cher près du centre ville de londres. petit bemol concernant la taille des chambres qui sont vraiment petites et une mauvaise insonorisation.

  Aucune personne ne parle le français à la réception ,on ne peut donc avoir aucun renseignement touristique ou pratique.

  Internet access is a ripoff, $12 day, and they didn't adjust when it didn 't work later the same day. use the city of westminister public access instead, it's gotta be better run

  On nous a fait payer le séjour le jour de notre arrivée. on est arrivé à 11 h. 30 et on devait attendre jusqu'à 15 h. pour prendre possession de la chambre. le petit-déjeuner c'était des toast et du fromage sans goût en tranches durant les 4 jours de notre séjour. du café mauvais. les réceptionnistes n'étaient pas du tout sympas. en plus il faisait très mauvais. mais ça, personne n'est fautif.
