  El ascensor está permanentemente sin servicio, aunque hay un cartel que indica que es eventualmente. los colchones y somieres son insoportables. se oyen los muelles de la cama de la habitación de al lado. las sábanas y las toallas limpias, pero los edredones estaban de pena.

  Prince william far from adequate; worst hotel i've encountered. sheets/towels clean, bedside rug dirty, curtains filthy. shower water tap worked well, pressure ok; sink taps worked poorly, pressure was low. bathroom light/electrical outlet out of order. paint chipped/scuffed/filthy. window dirty. poorly ventilated. advertised lift was out of service. overseas calls impossible; staff didn't know why but it's typical. availability of telephone service is critical information people need before they book. london great, but hotel experience was most disappointing after years of traveling to many countries in europe. management of the hotel can do better, and enhance the customer's experience and also the working experience of the desk clerks and other employees who have to respond to the unhappiness and dissatisfaction of the guests. must be a tough job.

  Un acceuil très désagréable, nous avons tout d'abords été logé au sous-sol (cave) à côté des wc du personnel. il a fallu se plaindre pour obtenir une chambre un peu plus confortable, au 5ème étage ou il étais impossible de fermer la fenêtre à cause de la chaleur, et avec une porte simplement obstruée par une table et médiocrment clouée donnant sur la chambre voisine, autant dire que l'on pouait suivre les conversations et qu on a bien cru qu ils entreraient dans la chambre, lorsque ils ont essayé de l'ouvrir!! dommage..

  L'hotel est très bien situé. la chambre est bien tenue. néanmoins, il serait bon de diversifier chez le personnel en mettant des receptionnistes qui parlent plusieurs langues ce qui se fait largement dans les autres pays. l'accueil était sympathique pour autant.

  Chambre prête à 15h alors qu'il était affiché 13h sur le site, accueil froid, peu serviable. isolation sonore catastrophique, portes entre les chambres. lit très inconfortable.

  Check in was rather slow and you have to hand your key in every time you leave. this can be an inconvenience. found a bed bug crawling around in the shower, although i didn't have any problems during the stay or see any other signs. sound insulation was very poor, you could here everything from the guests next door. this was presumably due to an access door directly between bedrooms. the key hole was big enough for any nosey parkers to potentially look through into the next room, so privacy could be deemed as poor. on the first night, i was alarmed to see dirty water rising up through the shower tray! presumably someone was having a shower in another room and there was a plumbing defect. i had the towels and shower mat sitting on the edge of the tray as there was nowhere else to put them, so they ended up getting soaked. there were insuficient sockets, had to plug kettle in near tv meaning that the only place to stand it was on the tv table which was very dangerous. the hotel lift looked a bit out of date.

  Petit déjeuner médiocre (juste du pain et du beurre). accueil médiocre. la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyé, le service de chambre est arrivé à 18h00 pour néttoyer la chambre alors que nous étions en train de prendr une douche. lorsque nous avons booker, nous avons demandé s'il y avait la possibilité de leur laisser nos valises le jour de notre départ et les récupérer en fin de journée pour prendre l'eurostar. le jour j on s'est fait envoyer balader et nous avons trimbaler nos valises dans londres toutes la journée...

  L'isolation des chambres était tellement médiocre que nous avons dû dormir avec une couette et des pulls. a part cela, le reste était bien.

  For a 3 star hotel, i expected a better room and a better breakfast, ok, it was a "special offer", but even so, the room was minute, and, although clean, the comfort minimal - part of the double glazing missing, the taps difficult to work...

  Suelo con la madera o lo que fuera, rota y descascarillada, peligro de corte. ademas muy resbaladizo, me cai 1 dia y a partir de ahi tuve que andar agarrada a la cama! esa cama, cuyo colchon no soporta ni el peso de un bebe. tuve torticulis y dolor de espalda desde el primer dia por culpa del colchon. la insonorizacion simplemente no existe, las puertas de las habs estan pegadas y dan golpe al cerrar. cada dia me despertaba a diversas horas de la madrugada cuando el vecino volvia o salia e incluso cuando iba al baño. desayuno muy escaso, solo pan tostado,cereales y zumo, nada de bolleria o fruta y termos de agua caliente para el te, por que? espacio de desayuno patetico, viejo y pequeño,mobiliario de los 70. personal que no saluda cuando entras ni responde cuando le pides algo. sigue abajo! .

  The breakfast selection is 'very average'( only cereal, toast, jam, cheese slices juice and coffee). the breakfast room is uncomfortably hot and makes one want to eat and run. the tv in the room is placed so high up, its difficult to watch - no remote. the tea and coffee in the room is a nice touch, but there was no whitener/milk. i left a note asking for some, and found one crumbled pack of whitener the next day!!! the hot water tap didn't work properly!! the 'double room was tiny!!! on the plus side, the proximity to tube/ oxford street is great. i only slept/showered at the hotel, so that made the stay fine. i didn't attempt to have breakfast on the 2nd day!!!

  Les rideaux a moitié décroché. matelas de très mauvaise qualité, merci les ressort dans les cotes !! impossible de dormir sans boules quies, car simple vitrage et huisserie en bois en piètre état. télé ne capte quasiment rien et plus de telecommande chambre tellement petite pas de table de nuit. surtout allez avec du liquide la machine pour carte bleu est hs.

  Très bien pour des jeunes ou des voyageurs, à déconseiller pour des gens voulant se reposer et bien dormir. rapport qualité/prix très bon, petit déjeuner pauvre mais acceptable

  The room we were in must have been the last one. it was by the breakfast area and from very early in the morning all that echoed through our room was the sound of slamming doors. i would advise for that room not to be used by guests.

  I thought we received good accomodation and good service.one thing i would like to point out though was that the floor was so highly polished in the room that i managed to slip and fall.i did receive a bruise on my hip in the process.please carpet all the floor to avoid this happening to someone else.i didn't have shoes on at the time it happened.

  Tout dépend de l'envie souhaitée, pour passer 1-2 nuits c'est correct mais revoir la propreté surtout!! draps sals! très désagréable. sinon pas mal, pratique, bien placé.

  Hotel pas cher à 27£ la nuit avec petit déj ! a deux pas de 2 lignes de métro différentes !!! arrivée tardive possible. literie non confortable. on sent les ressorts. on y a dormi 2 nuits : 1ere nuit : chambre avec fenetre cassée et qui en plus ne fermait pas (chbre n°17)... une odeur d'humidité terrible, et une surface microscopique... pas d'autres chambre donc obligé de dormir là... le lendemain, on a changé de chambre, chambre au sous-sol... très bien !!! mais ça reste un hotel pas cher avec ce que cela comprend... ne pas chercher du confort !!! juste un emplacement et un prix !

  E' un albergo carino a paddington una zona tranquilla e carina a pochi passi dalla metro e autobus, fornita di negozi e pub. bagno pulito, nuovo e funzionante, stanza piccola, pulita, che da su una strada rumorosa per il traffico di notte. il prezzo intero delle stanze di 75 sterline è esagerato, ma se riuscite a trovarle in offerta, 30 euro vanno bene e lo consiglio. colazione base in un piccolo locale sotterraneo.ciao

  Hotel très vétuste, vieillissant, mal entretenu avec manque de la qualité des commodités locales. salle de bain exigüe, fenêtre délabrée ne fermant pas à 100% ( en hiver -4°c dehors).

  Hotel a 5min a pied de la station paddington et a 10min en metro du centre de londres donc tres tres bien situé bon apres vu le prix a la nuit (75euros) il ne faut pas s attendre a un palace donc ca reste un hotel assez simple petit chambre petite salle de bain bref si vous allez a londres pour en voir un max et ne passer a votre hotel que pour poser vos sacs et dormir cet hotel est parfait....

  Upon arrival, towel were dirty. next day, soap and shampoo were missing. very difficult to have a shower since there wasn't sufficient water pressure. futhermore water was barely warm. very uncomfortable bed and completely worn out mattress. even holes in the bed sheets! i was prompetd for upfront payment at my arrival stating that it is the hotel policy, however there was no mention of this polici during the reservation process.

  L'hôtel est assez bien situé, proche de hyde park et du métro. les chambres sont petites mais propres. la literie commence à vieillir, il serait judicieux de la remplacer. bref un bon rapport qualité/prix étant donné que c'est londres !!
