  Chambre petite mais très propre, très bien situé géographiquement, prix un peu élevé comparé à la même prestation en france, mais bon, c'est londres...

  Séjour très agréable appart petit mais confortable. adresse à recommander proche de la gare st pancras, accès bus facile, quartier calme et tranquille, accueil très sympathique. nous y retournerons :)

  The room was very light during the night so perhaps a different fabric for the roman blinds to block out the light. the ventilation in the bathroom didn't seem to work. there was no safe in the room nor did the satellite tv stations function as mentioned in the book in the room. thought the facilities were great in being able to prepare breakfast and light snacks and location was really good with a tube station and supermarket just a couple of blocks away. plenty of pubs nearby for meals.

  Es gab nur 1 möglichkeit an strom zu gelangen, ganz unten in der letzten ecke des zimmers, das macht das haareföhnen zum beispiel etwas unbequem, so auf dem boden kauernd. lösung: ein verlängerungskabel anbieten oder weitere steckdosen.

  Ergonomics in the rooms (we have stayed various times) is not good, very awkward to perform basic functions like using kitchen etc but the quality, service and location make up for this.

  We stayed in room 17 bldg 38 which didn't have night tables and at night! also, the mattress is really soft and causes pain for people with bad backs such as me!

  There were piles of towels lying in the corridor for the entire duration of our stay and whilst it didn't affect our stay it didn't look very professional , other than that a fab place to stay and hope to be back sometime soon.

  There was a temporary member of staff when i arrived as despite me being a fairly regular user of the apartments started asking me if i had a photo of proof of identity etc i was not impressed.

  The room was nice, the bed was cosy, the staff was very friendly. i liked the fruit bowl that was offered. even though i booked a large studio, my room was very small. the bathroom was tiny! (i wonder how small the "ordinary" studio is...) the windows were actually not airtight at all! there was big room between the frame and the window instead of a window seal. therefore anything happening outside on the street was very audible in the room and the windows didn't really close right, you could push them open from outside when they were "locked"... (luckily i had a room on the first floor.) the freezer was very loud! there is no free sky tv (as advertised), its the ordinary freeview digital tv.

  Un seul petit problème. la fenêtre ne fermait pas bien (appartement 10). on peut imaginer qu'en cas de météo fraiche, la température ambiante de la pièce aurait été nettement moins supportable. le reste était très satisfaisant (il ne manquait rien dans l'appartement) et le quartier est très calme et aussi très bien achalandé (nombreux commerces, restaurants, pubs) à deux pas du métro.

  L'hotel est très bien situé ce qui permet un accès très facile à londres centre. la proximité de la gare de st pancras est aussi un plus. ravie de mon choix.

  Très bonne accueil et agréablement surpris par les chambres (identiques aux photos). très proche de la gare pancras, métro et bus. je le recommande vivement !!

  Well equipped clean studio of about 22-24 sq mt. with a small eating bar rather than a table, folding chairs only, good storage facilities incl small safe, good quality bed and linen; shower room/wc space very small but very clean and functioned well, toiletries and even toothbrushes, nail files, etc provided. satellite and terrestrial tv. air conditioned. office seemed to be staffed all the time (not always the case with apartments), staff friendly, helpful and efficient. located in quiet crescent 250m from st pancras and 100m from local shops/cafes.

  Bon emplacement & facile à trouver quand on arrive de l'eurostar, hotel très propre mais attention salle de bain et wc minuscule, difficile pour personne forte !suggestions : que les téléviseurs soient réglés sur tv5 monde !

  Hôtel très agréable où nous avons passé un excellent week-end, très bien situé, à proximité des commerces, dans une rue très calme. la gare eurostar ne se trouve qu'à quelques minutes à pied, très pratique.

  La seul chose que je pourrais repprocher dans l'ensemble c'est que personne parle un seul mots en francais. donc la communication reste difficile meme au sein de l'hotel.
