  Single room beyond small (and yes, i know this is london), with no ac and no safe for a laptop in the entire hotel! this is year 2011, even for london! in room safe and a small ac unit in the rooms would improve this hotel tremendously.

  Les chambres sont minuscules nous pouvions à peine bouger, il a fallu demander un changement! personnel peu aimable ils ne saluent point bref surtout ne pas recommander cher pour la prestation sommes très décus diane

  Hotel bien situé et plutot agréable globalement ; demander à la réservation chambre fumeur ou non ! sinon cela est fort désagréable !! la chambre aurait besoin d'etre raffraichie au niveau déco / peinture ! la salle de bain est trop petite : "acces de face aux wc " difficile ! et douche trop petite !!
