  Nous avons eu un probleme d'eau chaude le premier matin, aucune information de la part de la reception, ni dans la journee, finalement nous avons du changer d'hotel et c'est nous meme qui avons organisé le changement, ensuite l' hotel nous a offert seulment 10% sur la facture, ce que je trouve inadmissible pour un hotel qui se veut haut de gamme, pas d'efficacité ni de gentillesse et un geste commercial ridicule!!!

  There could have been better communication i.e: my reservation included a free birthday dinner it might have beennice to have this printed and waiting rather tha n me having to make inquiries about it and having some one look it up. i was constantly having trouble with the time of day until after my inquiry on the 3rd day i was told the phone clock had programming problems giving an erroneous time. when my bill was prepared it had seious errors including the charges for the free birthday dinner. we still enjoyed our stay and the hospitality confered by the staff.

  Dimension de la chambre: mouchoir de poche. peintures et état général "fatigué". pour ce prix là, on peut faire beaucoup mieux à londres. image surfaite de "boutique hotel".

  A ne pas manquer, formidable hôtel avec un accueil très sympathique. hôtel avec des prestations de bon niveau. propreté irréprochable.
