Comments : Deluxe room for 2 adults & 1 child too small-however hptel managed to change room nights 2 & 3.
Cream carpets could do with a clean to remove stains.
Receptionist/concierge/waiting staff all excellent-very friendly & helpfu. Wouls stay again & recommend.

Comments : Tea making facilities would be very welcome. The room is lovely but very small (Room 103). OK for one night but a bit claustrophobic for a longer stay

Comments : The room we first got (wonderful double) was very very small, and the bed too. Later we got a bigger room, with a much higher tariff, but still we found the double bed was very very minimal. We're both no big people, but still...

Comments : The staff was very friendly and professional. Thomas provided help in securing a dinner reservation when I could not. Trevor was extremely helpful in assisting us with traveling around the city.
