  Es riecht sehr stark nach chemischen farben. toilette und dusche nicht komfortabel.

  L'hôtel est excentré, mais il se situe juste en face de la station de dlr: pratique. petit déjeuner très bon, chambre tout à fait correcte pour le prix. seul hic: le système de chauffage/climatisation, trop bruyant à mon goût.

  Prices for laundry, breakfast and wireless internet was very expensive. however, because we had purchased the room at a discounted rate, the room itself was worth the price we paid.

  The hotel was not close to the centre of london but was ideal. the hotel was homely and clean, the only dislike was that the room seemed very small. i would stay at the custom house hotel again without hesitation.

  La situation de l'hôtel demande de prendre un "abonnement" un peu plus cher que l'abonnement classique (l'hôtel est en zone 3), ce qui implique une dépense d'environ 5 livres de plus pour un séjour d'une semaine. hôtel accueillant, à 30 mètres de l'arrêt dlr du excel london, vivement conseillé pour ceux qui voudraient visiter les alentours du quartier olympique.

  The room was spotless the food ih the bar was lovely.the beds very comfy.the location is great for the 02 arena only a few stops on drt.would stay their again.

  The wifi is way to expensive, it should be free, it's 2008. the hotel is really close to the expo so if you're going in that direction the hotel is well worth the money. two restaurants and one pub, neither of them had specially good food compared to the cost.
